Tour Flow is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for tour management and related workflows.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Be responsible for activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violations of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
User Content
Users retain ownership of any content uploaded to the Service (“User Content”).
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:

solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content.
File Uploads & Storage
Uploaded files are stored via third-party infrastructure.
We are not responsible for:
- Data loss caused by third-party failures
- Corrupted uploads beyond our control
Users are responsible for maintaining backups where necessary.
Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed via Stripe.
- Prices are shown as stated at checkout
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Users are responsible for applicable taxes
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access.
Cancellation & Termination
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- These Terms are violated
- Payments fail
- Abuse or illegal activity occurs
Availability of Service
We aim to provide a reliable and uninterrupted Service but do not guarantee continuous availability.
Temporary downtime may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Technical issues
- Third-party outages
